New Open Source Tabbed File Manager
A new open source tabbed file manager has been added to the Free File Managers and Graphical Shells page. Such programs are useful if you feel that the default Windows Explorer lacks certain features (eg the ability to open two windows side-by-side without having to manually position the windows every time, so that you can do things like copy or move files from one folder to another).
