Email Music Upload v4.2
Email Music Upload v4.2, is a simple and easy to install script that will let your users enter their name and email address and provide an easy to use upload method. Their music or audio will be stored onto your server / directory and forward you an email with the link to the music or audio file so you can view or download it. The script is simple to modify to your liking and provides installation instructions. This script does not require MySQL or a database of any kind.
