Lionel Messi and his family are having one of their best Christmas ever this year especially coming on the heels of their sweet El Clasico win on Saturday.
Messi took his family to see Santa Claus on Sunday and shared the visit with his followers on Instagram, writing, “Merry Christmas to you all” (in Spanish, of course).
The Barcelona talisman is pictured with his wife, Antonella Roccuzzo, and their children, Thiago and Mateo, alongside a jolly-looking Father Christmas.
Messi scored from the penalty spot in another convincing outing for Ernesto Valverde’s team, who are now 14 points ahead of Los Blancos in the table.

Manchester City is set to launch a bid for Barcelona midfielder Sergio Busquets on Pep Guardiola’s order, according to reports in Spanish paper.
Don Balon reported that Guardiola has returned to his former side to see the possibility of signing the Spanish international from the Camp Outfit.

Former Barcelona midfielder Xavi is of the opinion that the La Liga Champions missed Neymar.
The Brazilian forward left for PSG in a world record fee of €222m during the summer and it was a big blow for Barcelona, according to Xavi.
He told La Vanguardia: “He influenced the game.
“With him, there was no need for 30 passes to get to the goal because he passed both lines so fast that the opposing team was overwhelmed.
“It made sense to take advantage of his style of play.”

Former Arsenal star Emmanuel Eboue has revealed he is now broke and has severally considered suicide.
In what is an emotional revelation, the Ivoirian has revealed that his bitter divorce has left him penniless and he now sleeps on the floor in a friend’s house.
Eboue played for Arsenal between 2004 and 2011 and has admitted he’s seriously considered taking his own life after financial mismanagement has left him broke and a bitter divorce that has meant he is estranged from his three children.
Speaking to The Sunday Mirror he said: “I want God to help me. Only he can help take these [suicidal] thoughts from my mind. It hurts me a lot [not to see his children]. They used to call me. But now, no contact. It pains me to be alone without them.”
Eboue earned significant income playing for Arsenal at the height of his career, and was also on a reported £1.5 million annually playing for Turkish giants Galatasaray.
However, with his former wife Aurelie being awarded of all the couple’s assets, he has been forced to dodge police and bailiffs following a court order – insisting he hand over his home in Enfield to her.
