A CSS Grid System For Desktop & Mobile Browsers – Columnal
Columnal is a CSS framework which is a remix of the popular frameworks 960.gs and 1140px Grid with some improvements.
It is 1140px wide but fluid and focused on supporting desktop + mobile browsers using the same styles.
The framework comes with a built-in debugging CSS for displaying the structure of any pages being designed.
There is support for "columns inside columns" and has classes for vertical spacing.
Also, the download package of Columnal has a "PDF of the grid system for sketching" and wireframing kits for Adobe Illustrator + Balsamiq Mockups.
