Submit payments to Estonian and Finnish banks

This class can be used to submit payments to Estonian and Finnish banks.
It can generate HTML for payment buttons that when clicked lead the user to sites of supported banks on which they can authorize payments of configurable items and amounts.
The class can also validate whether the payments were completed successfully by handling requests to return pages where the user browser is redirected after the user has completed a payment.
Currently it supports payments processed by the banks and Web payment services:
Swedbank (Estonia)
SEB (Estonia)
Sampo (Estonia & Finland)
Nordea (Estonia & Finland)
Estcard (Estonian credit card web service, Mastercard, Visa, etc)

Cache PHP script output in files

This class can be used to cache content in files.
It can capture the current script output and store it in cache files if these do not exist already or they have already expired.
The class can just dump the contents of a cache file and exit if the cache file already exists and did not yet expire.
LinkDeck is a free set of social icons which has 37 items in grayscale color.
The icons are in .PSD format and has 5 sizes included (16*16px, 32*32px, 64*64px, 128*128px, 256*256px).
Icons of many popular social services exist in the set (like, Twitter, Facebook, Flickr, Gogle Maps, WordPress and much more).

This class can be used to crop and resize images.
It can open images in JPEG, PNG and GIF formats and then crop or resize it to given dimensions.
The processed image can be saved to file or displayed as the current script output in the same format as the original image.
<angular/> is a JavaScript solution which provides primitives to create UI projections of your data.
Rather than a framework, it is more a templating system with bidirectional data binding; your model is always the single source of truth for your application state and your view is simply a projection of your model.
<angular/> apps are specified declaratively through custom HTML tags and attributes that specify the intent of your application (readable code).
It is 100% JavaScript (works with jQuery but does not require it), 100% client side and compatible with both desktop and mobile browsers.
