New Free Encryption Software: Successor to TrueCrypt
A new program has been added to the Free Encryption / Cryptographic Software page. This one is a fork (or spin-off, in layman's language) of the now-defunct TrueCrypt project. It allows you to create a virtual disk that functions like a normal disk drive. Files stored here will be transparently encrypted and decrypted as needed.
