‘Desperate’ Austin Ejide wants to represent Eagles in Russia – FCNaija
Hapoel Hadera goalkeeper, Austin Ejide has said he will work hard and do his best so as to secure a spot in the Super Eagles team that are gearing up for the 2018 World Cup in Russia.
Ejide 33, last played for the Super Eagles in 2014 in a friendly match between Nigeria and Scotland. Despite playing for in Israel’s second tier, Ejide is sheer hopeful of securing a place in the Super Eagles team heading to Russia next year. “The World Cup? I’ll try my very best until the end of the season,” Ejide told TheCable. “But we’ll just have to wait and see.
