RateKit – quick and easy star ratings
Want to add star ratings to your site? RateKit is a lightweight PHP and jQuery script that neatly transforms inputs into ratings. Stars come with transparent backgrounds in seven different sizes: they're vector icons that look great on hi-res displays. Change the colour with a single line of CSS. Set for half or whole star ratings, or make them read-only. No database setup required - RateKit runs on a lightweight SQLite database, which comes already included with PHP. No login needed to leave a rating - a time throttle prevents someone rating an item multiple times from the same IP number. Super easy 5 minute installation - unzip the folder to your site root and add JS and CSS links to your page. RateKit is unobtrusive and simple to use.
